You must provide:

  • Copy of your driver's license
  • Copy of your paystub or proof of income
  • Landlord Waiver (if you rent your property)
  • Down Payment is due when order is placed.
  • There is NO CREDIT CHECK up to $5500.
  • Financing up to $10,000 with approved credit.
  • Your down payment is equivalent to 2 or 3 months
    worth of payments, based on your qualifications.
    Homeowner 2 down; Renter 3 down.
  • There is no pre-payment or early-pay-off penalty.
  • Retired, Social Security, Disabled, Self-employed with (EIN#)
    No Problem!
